Secluded Block

On the Isle of Piers, city of Sinhassan is known as the Old Capitol. It consists of three major districts: Old Town, The Shell and the New Town. The outskirts of New Town are cheap and compact. This district was build over the river delta turned into a sewer system and is a home of farmers, tradesfolk and commoners. The Shell district is a semi-vertical chaotic architectural sprawl , that rose due to property taxation laws and sits in a tight grips of Inner and Outer city walls. Old Town of Sinhassan is a place of manors of ancient Dhæmmæ nobility. Some particularly wealthy families over centuries amassed enough influence to systematically turn whole blocks of the Old City into keeps, hidden in a plain sight. Sinhassanians call them Secluded Blocks and know it's better not to peer inside.
